How to use the TouchUpWeb Extension
Note: this content is not stable, because it is based on software currently under development.
Try it out
First, try accessing this sample page using Firefox. You can view this sample page correctly by Internet Explorer, however, the design and/or the behavior of web contents are corrupted if you access that page by Firefox or other Web browsers instead of IE. If you encounter that situation, the TouchUpWeb Extension might be able to help you.
Kick the TouchUpWeb Extension!
Click the start button of TouchUpWeb Extension, located at the lower-right corner of the window which shows malformed contents. TouchUpWeb Extension starts and issues a query to the TouchUpWeb Server. You can also activate this function by selecting [Tools] > [TouchUpWeb] > [Query Database] menu.
If TouchUp information for the page in problem is not found...
If the TouchUp script for the page in question are found in the database of the server, a dialog box is popped up and shows a message below.
Clicking the [Cancel] button makes the TouchUpWeb Extension finish and turns back without change. If you can take a little time and effort, please click [Fill out Report Form] button and report your problem.
If TouchUp information for the page in problem is found...
If TouchUp scripts are found in the database, the following dialog box is popped up then you can confirm the content of the TouchUp scripts which are applied to this problem. You can go to the next step by clicking the [Apply] button, or exit this session by clicking the [Cancel] button.
When the [Apply] button is clicked, downloaded TouchUp scripts are applied to the page. After the screen is modified, the following message will be displayed. Click [Show detailed report] to see a detailed report about the TouchUpWeb script.
Sending the feedback information is optional. If you are very busy, click [Quit] and finish this TouchUpWeb session. Check in the checkbox if you would like to ignore this query in the future.

Using alternative TouchUpWeb Server
Go to [Tools] > [TouchUpWeb] > [Options] menu and modify the [Server setting] section.
